Acceptance and eligibility
By using Partner Finder you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Permitted use
Partner Finder is for consensual nearby communication and finding between trusted people and their devices. Do not use it to stalk, harass, monitor without consent, bypass device security, interfere with networks, or violate law or another person's rights. You are responsible for controlling who you pair with and for revoking access when trust changes.
Safety limitations
Partner Finder is not an emergency service, life-safety system, GPS tracker, or guarantee that a person can be found. Bluetooth and UWB can be affected by distance, obstacles, bodies, interference, hardware, orientation, permissions, power management, and Android behavior. Bluetooth distance is an estimate. Direction is shown only when the UWB platform provides it. Do not rely on Partner Finder where failure could cause injury, loss, or an unsafe delay; contact emergency services when appropriate.
Accounts and devices
Nearby operation does not require an account. Optional accounts support cloud-assisted wake and approved device continuity. One active phone or tablet is allowed per account. You are responsible for your sign-in security and for information entered into the app.
Partner Finder Plus
Plus may be offered monthly, annually, or as a lifetime one-time purchase. Google Play shows final prices and billing terms. Monthly and annual plans renew until canceled through Google Play. Lifetime means access for the supported lifetime of the Partner Finder product and account; it does not promise perpetual operation of every device, platform, third-party service, or feature.
Deleting your Partner Finder account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play before deleting an account. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law.
Updates and changes
Updates may be required for cloud, account, security, or store features. An update requirement will not intentionally remove already-saved offline Bluetooth/UWB nearby operation solely because the Internet is unavailable. Features may change as Android hardware and third-party platforms change.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Kaxon-Ai does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, exact distance, direction, compatibility, cloud delivery, or recovery of data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the app, revoke peers, or delete your account. Kaxon-Ai may restrict abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful use. Security revocations may be retained to prevent silently recreating terminated relationships.
